Flame Kabob House: Authentic Middle Eastern Delights in Neptune Township

Oh my, such delicious food. Excellent service, and the portions are just too much. The meats are Very fresh and flavorful. New owner is very friendly, the restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. i love it! I wish i lived near by, i would stop here all the time!

Great food! About $10 per plate, the food is all very good. The chicken kebab has great flavor and a nice char. The fries were super crispy. The young man at the register was friendly. We weren't sure what to try and he directed us well. Their sauces are outstanding and freely available. The dining is not fancy but I really appreciate having a place to sit and eat without all the time and fuss of a sit down restaurant. You can get your food, sit and eat (like you would at a fast food or pizza place). This is only a 5 minute drive from the beaches of Asbury Park. We went twice in a week and it was very consistent. If you're looking for somewhere that is more comfortable than the downtown restaurants (and free parking), this is an amazing option!

Amazing taste, variety of Paki and Mediterranean dishes (including Falafel, Hummus, Kabab, Chicken wraps). Well made and very tasty. People are very friendly and accommodating. Prices are low-average and serving size is enough. All meals came fresh and hot. Very recommended.

Amazing gyro platters! I’ve passed this place many times but never gave it a chance until I finally ordered a chicken gyro platter. The meat was delicious and tender, the rice was fragrant with spices and the lettuce and cucumbers you get on the side were nice and fresh. Price is reasonable for the serving size and it came with an extra side of white sauce and some spicy sauce. It wasn’t long before I went back for a mixed platter and I’ll definitely be back again! Ordering for pickup is nice and quick, and Naseer (spelling?) at the front is awesome and helpful. Always happy to support a family owned business!

Every time I pass through New Jersey, I make sure to stop at Flame Kabob House. It’s conveniently located near the highway and has its own parking. The restaurant is clean, welcoming, and never overly busy, making it a relaxing place to grab a meal. The menu has plenty of options, but I went with the mixed combo — juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. I asked for it spicy, and it had the perfect kick without being overwhelming. Portions are just right, and they provide extra white and hot sauce, which is a nice touch. If you’re in the area and craving delicious, well-seasoned kabobs, this spot is a must-visit!

The food was super-delicious!!! I got the Lamb Tikka & Beef Kabab combo with rice. My friend got the lamb shank and he said it was very good. Another friend got the Philly Cheesesteak and same thing - he said it was very delicious. They serve halal food. Lots of options. Both traditional American menu like burgers and cheesesteaks, to Afghan Kabab’s and Lamb Shanks. Amazing variety of choice. You feel a sense of calmness when you enter. Seating is plenty. Clean restrooms. Courteous people, make you feel comfortable. My friend asked for olive oil and was promptly served a side of olive oil. I want to go again and try their other menu items. They have a dessert section too (see pic), but I didn’t get to try them this time.

This was one of the best gyro platters. Super flavorful. The meat was perfectly cooked, and everything else on a platter was tasty and well-balanced. The white sauce on top had a really distinctive flavor. It's an afghani style gyro platter, so it tastes different but in a very good way.
